EBOS MedTech Leaders Shine at EBOS Group GEM Awards 

Four EBOS MedTech team members from our companies have been honoured with GEM Awards -“Going the Extra Mile”- a prestigious recognition across the EBOS Group’s 5,000 employees on Thursday, 11th December. These awards celebrate individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional commitment, innovation, and impact, going above and beyond to deliver outstanding results for customers, colleagues, and communities. 

Mark Lam - Outstanding Innovator Award 

Product Development Engineer, Australian Biotechnologies (AusBio) 

Mark led a groundbreaking research project for Ausbio, developing a novel Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM) to advance reconstructive medicine. By designing custom machinery, implementing aseptic techniques, and introducing a supercritical fluid method for decellularisation, Mark delivered ADM allografts that preserve tissue integrity and integrate seamlessly with host tissue, transforming patient outcomes. 

Arthur Pei Jiale - Customer Centric Award 

Sales Coordinator, Transmedic Singapore 

Arthur’s adaptability and commitment ensured operational excellence during resource constraints and tight deadlines, directly contributing to growth in FY25. Arthur consistently champions customer satisfaction and team effectiveness, reinforcing Transmedic’s promise of meeting the needs of the people they serve. 

Inosel Bagayana - Cultivating Our Culture Award 

Warehouse Executive, Transmedic Philippines  

Inosel’s proactive approach keeps operations running smoothly during peak periods and manpower shortages. From coordinating deliveries and hospital demonstrations to supporting major events, Inosel exemplifies collaboration and dedication, ensuring every effort connects back to improving patient care. 

Gaurav Karki - Teamwork Award 

Senior Network & Cyber Engineer, EBOS MedTech 

Gaurav is recognised for responsiveness, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset. Known for humility and generosity, Gaurav pairs technical excellence with kindness, helping colleagues resolve issues quickly while fostering a collaborative culture that makes EBOS MedTech a great place to work.
