Simon is part of a critical team responsible for preparing and dispatching surgical loan kits that support operations across Victoria, from regional hospitals to surgical theatres in Melbourne. These kits include everything a surgeon might need: precision instruments, implantable devices, documentation, and components that must be sterilised, complete, and ready to go, often under tight timelines. 

“Surgeons rely on us. If something is missing, it can delay a procedure. My job is to make sure that never happens.”
