Enter intelligent: Dreamforce 2025 and the future we’re plugged into

LifeHealthcare explores how humans and AI unite to drive smarter, faster outcomes.
When Metallica played Nothing Else Matters, they probably weren’t thinking about Salesforce or AI, but standing at Dreamforce 2025 in San Francisco, it was hard not to feel that same electricity in the air.
This was Ride the Lightning for the enterprise world, where human potential and AI collide to create something faster, safer, and more powerful.
Thousands of leaders, innovators, and technologists gathered to explore what comes next for business, data, and AI. For us, it was more than a conference; it was a front-row seat to the next evolution, where humans and intelligent systems play in perfect harmony.
At LifeHealthcare, an EBOS MedTech company, we’re tuning our instruments for that same song, a future where humans and AI work together to deliver more personal engagement across Commercial, Operational, and Patient Services, powered by integrated platforms and clean, connected data.
And like any great band, success starts with vision, rhythm, and trust.
Enter intelligent
Every industry is now asking the same question: how do we amplify human potential, not replace it?
For LifeHealthcare, the answer lies in flipping the 80/20 rule. In most organisations, sales teams spend just 20% of their time selling or supporting customers; the rest disappears into admin, systems, and process noise. But it has been shown at this and many other technology conferences the potential AI now offers, and that the ratio can be reversed.
The impact?
We become even easier to do business with.
We meet customers where they are.
And we give our teams time back to do what matters most, build relationships and deliver outcomes.
“We become even easier to do business with. We meet customers where they are. And we give our teams time back to do what matters most, build relationships and deliver outcomes.”
— Paul Petherbridge, CEO, LifeHealthcare
Master of platforms
Dreamforce made one thing clear: the future won’t be built on more platforms, but on connected ones.
Salesforce previewed its next big hit, Salesforce Content Management, launching in 2026 —a creative and analytics hub that brings together everything from brand assets to insights. Think Enter Canva-man meets enterprise-grade delivery.
What’s clear is that this AI wave isn’t isolated. Across our own ecosystem, technological partners such as SAP, Optimizely, and many others are also accelerating their AI capabilities by integrating automation, predictive insights, and intelligent data layers to improve experiences, efficiency, and outcomes.
This momentum directly follows our investment in capability building, starting with the EBOS MedTech Marketing Development Course, which explored AI-powered strategy, and extending to our focus on upskilling teams to think digitally first. Together, these initiatives ensure we’re not just keeping pace with the AI era; we’re helping shape it.
Seek and deploy
“Technology alone doesn’t create transformation, people do.”
— Brett Isaac, GM IT, EBOS MedTech
To move at the speed of AI, we need teams that think digitally and organisations structured for agility. Conversations at Dreamforce reinforced that the fastest movers aren’t those waiting for IT to deliver; they’re empowering every function to build, test, and deploy their own intelligent tools through intuitive, no-code platforms.
For LifeHealthcare, that means turning strategy into motion, not through PowerPoint, but through proof. We need to show, not tell, bringing our vision to life through customer stories, live use cases, and prototypes that demonstrate what human-AI collaboration truly looks like.
Because the companies already doing this aren’t just experimenting, they’re winning.
Ride the lightning: Paul’s three takeaways
Paul’s reflections from Dreamforce can be summed up in three words: Data. Trust. Try.
Data: Nothing Else Matters
Everything begins with data. But the truth is, waiting for perfection is like waiting for the perfect solo, you’ll never play the song. Start where you are, test, clean, and learn as you go.
Trust: Don’t Tread on Me
Trust was a recurring riff at Dreamforce. Global enterprises like Finnair are already using AI to answer flight queries, check the weather, and personalise services, starting small to build confidence before scaling to more complex actions. Trust builds one note at a time.
Try: For Whom the Bell Tolls
The medtech world is already experimenting, from Medtronic’s “Where’s My Thing?” field agent to BD’s voice-note functionality in Salesforce. The message was clear: don’t wait for the encore. Pick up the instrument, start playing, and improve as you go.
Fade to black? Not a chance
One of Brett’s most unforgettable Dreamforce moments came from Figure.ai, where a keynote speaker predicted that within five years, there would be more humanoids at Dreamforce than humans.
“It sounded futuristic, until you realise how quickly the tempo is shifting,” said Brett.
“It’s a confronting, exciting reminder that the pace of change will never be this slow again.”
Nothing else matters
Dreamforce 2025 wasn’t about distant futures, nor is it the only partnership shaping our roadmap.
At LifeHealthcare and across EBOS MedTech, we’re already harnessing our platforms, Salesforce, SAP, Optimizely, and more, investing in our people, and building the trust to experiment together.
Because when humans and AI find their rhythm, when data flows clean, and when we have the courage to try, we don’t just keep up, we lead the show.
And yes, if you hadn’t guessed, both Brett and Paul left San Francisco a little inspired by Metallica.
Because when the band’s in sync, nothing else matters.
